How does the Hiring Process work?

Below is the Step by Step process of Hiring an outsourced employee for your accounts department;

1. The client books an appointment (zoom or phone) with one of our Recruiters to go through your requirements.

2. The client fills out a detailed Candidate Screening Questionnaire, specifying the role to be filled covering the following;

a. Whether a full or part time contract is required

b. The days/hours required to be worked by the candidate

c. The main tasks to be completed and skills required by the candidate

d. The relevant software that is to be used by the candidate (CRM systems/email platforms etc)

3. We will then send the client some CVs of suitable candidates for the desired position,

4. The client then chooses the most suitable candidate,

5. We will then send the client our Terms and Conditions to e-sign,

6. The chosen candidate starts their position and a date chosen by the client.

How are the hours of the Employee tracked?

We use a time tracking software which tracks the employees activity on a daily basis once they login to their computer.

A report is then generated each week summarising the hours worked in the day/week. This report is emailed to the client each Monday morning with a summary of the hours worked by each employee in the previous week.

What are the

Payment terms?

1. An invoice is sent each Monday to the clients with the hours worked and the monies outstanding from the week just gone.


2. The client then pays this invoice in full each Thursday via Bank transfer/EFT.
